Myton Hospice

As charity partner for this year’s Coventry Half Marathon The Myton Hospices is asking people to join #TeamMyton and help us continue to support people with life limiting and terminal illnesses! There is no fee to sign up through Myton, but we do ask that you pledge to raise at least £158 in sponsorship for us, which would be enough to fund one day at our Coventry Day Hospice!

Last year we supported more than 1,400 people and their families in our three hospices, via our patient & family support services, and in the community through Myton at Home. We have three hospices in Coventry, Rugby and Warwick which care for people aged 18 years and over. Myton is also the only hospice in Coventry and Warwickshire with Inpatient beds.

The Myton Hospices are absolutely thrilled to be associated with the Coventry Half Marathon again in 2019 and cannot wait to see what an amazing event is put together.

As a charity, fundraising is vitally important to Myton – less than 20% of our funding comes from the NHS and this year we need to raise £8.8 million to continue providing our services free of charge to patients and their families when they need us most. We can’t do it without support from people like you!
