Carol Service: 7:15pm - 8pm; On our YouTube page and our Facebook page; A night to celebrate Christmas! We will be having a 45 minute service with carols, a talk and some more surprises. This will be premiered live on our YouTube and Facebook page. It will then be posted so you can view it straight after.

Mental Health and Custody Medicine with Dr Phillip Mars (Forensic Psychiatrist and Doctor) - CPD event: 6pm - 8pm; Online - Zoom Meeting; A CPD talk on mental health and custody medicine with Dr Phillip Mars, a forensic psychiatrist and doctor. Tickets are £3 for members and £4 for non-members.

Sleep Problems | Free Digital Workshop: 11:30am - 1pm; Digital; This virtual session looks at sleep problems; the signs and symptoms that we can experience due to the lack of sleep and their effects on us. We will look at what can be done to help improve sleep.
