Lisa Curry is an internationally touring comedian and TV writer whose career began as part of Second City Hollywood’s house improv ensemble. She has worked on ad campaigns for both Amazon and Comedy Central and has also written for Mtv, Fuse, and TruTV. Lisa is thrilled to be back in the UK after a successful tour in 2018. Her performance at this year's Coventry Comedy Festival will be the first performance of a month-long tour, leading up to her debut comedy album recording at Top Secret Comedy Club in London on June 4th. Her standup is smart, dark and deeply personal.

"Lisa Curry is so honest that it makes you (wonderfully) uncomfortable. [She] is able to take the pain and dysfunction of modern adult female life and spin it into hilariousness." - Madeleine Smithberg, Co-creator of The Daily Show
