The first ever Coventry Comedy Festival launched in the city earlier this year.
And after it's amazing success in 2019 it's coming back bigger and even funnier - if you thought that was possible - for 2020!
They say laughter is the best medicine, and if you like to laugh, you’re going to love this 10 day festival happening in the heart of Coventry.
Bringing internationally renowned comedians and performers to Coventry, to perform alongside homegrown, local talent.
You can expect to see stand-up comedy, improv comedy, musical comedy, family shows and much more.
Acts will begin to be formally announced leading up to the end of March 2020, with the event providing a platform not just for established acts, but for new performers too!
Last year's festival saw over 100 comedians, including Tom Allen, Rob Deering, Lisa Curry, Andrew Bird, Mitch Benn and Diane Spencer, take to the stage in various venues across the city, from large theatres to nightclubs to local bars with a more intimate feel.
A surprise of the festival saw an impromptu performance from the hilarious Guz Khan, originally from Coventry himself.
Keep your eye on the Coventry Comedy Festival's Facebook page where the full line up for 2020 will be announced soon.
And If you can't wait till May for your next comedy fix then don't forget to book your tickets for Comedy Central Live at Square One where you can find award winning comedians performing on the first Saturday of every month.
