Motofest Coventry returns to the city once more! The much-loved two-day event takes place each year across the centre of Coventry, to bring the city together with exciting car displays, thrilling races, live music on stage and plenty of street food and drink options.

During the event, the ring road becomes a racing track for sport cars whilst the rest of the city centre will have a showcase of different classic cars, motorcycles and many more motorsport cars in different locations.

They haven't forgotten about the little ones! There is fun for all the family, including activities for the children such as face painting and even mini Land Rovers they can take for a test drive.

As it's the start of the summer the weather promises to be beautiful. So even if you're not obsessed with cars, it's still nice to take a stroll around the bustling city, take in the events over the weekend, listen to the music and grab something to eat. If you prefer to take in art, there will be art exhibits and in past years there have even been orchestral concerts in Coventry's cathedral.

Each year is bigger and better and really proves that Coventry deserves to be the City of Culture. The team of volunteers work hard to put a great event on that wouldn't be possible without them.
